Museum of the Future
Geoscope is a permanent installation in the museum’s “HEAL Institute” that monitors the progress of speculative species repairing Earth’s biomes. It creates a trans-scalar experience, connecting physical specimens with a global digital narrative of planetary regeneration.
Certain Measures used LightAct as the central control engine to bridge complex data with the physical environment. Rather than traditional screens, the studio utilized LightAct’s robust DMX capabilities to orchestrate an intricate lighting system. This synchronized light environment reacts to the “benevolent AI” narrative, guiding visitors through the interconnected web of bionic droids and ecological data.
By leveraging LightAct for precise DMX control, Certain Measures transformed raw scientific data into an immersive, atmospheric experience, grounding the speculative future in a tangible, light-filled reality.
