In 2025, Samaya Investments partnered with LightAct to identify a high-performance yet cost-effective solution for synchronized 4x4K video playback.Â
As the project is located in the middle of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, the requirements for system stability and operational reliability were absolute; there was no margin for error.

After evaluating LightAct’s versatile product ecosystem, Samaya Investments selected the Unit v2, enhanced with an additional GUI module so that the entire output count reached the required 4x4K.
The installation and commissioning phase took place in February and March 2026. Lead programmer Shihab Mohamed completed the entire system configuration in record time.
Remarkably, despite this being his first larger deployment, Shihab’s expertise combined with the intuitiveness of LightAct platform meant the project was delivered successfully with minimal technical intervention from the LightAct support team.
