LightAct can share data and content (textures) with Unreal Engine.

Setting up your Unreal Engine Project

In order to configure your Unreal Engine project so that it will work with LightAct you need to enable 3 plugins and adjust some project settings.

Required Plugins

There are 3 plugins you need to enable in order to get the full benefits of LightAct integration with Unreal Engine: LightAct, nDisplay and Texture Share. You can download LightAct plugin here while nDisplay and Texture Share plugin are built-in.

Project Settings

You also need to adjust 2 additional settings. You can find them in Project Settings menu.

First, you need to click on nDisplay in Plugins category and make sure Enabled checkbox is checked.

And then, you need to click on Description in Project category and make sure Use Borderless Window checkbox is checked.
